Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping and Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days when inventory is available, excluding holidays and during processing a high volume of orders. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Accurate shipping costs are presented to the buyer in the shopping cart and during checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking information (if applicable) will be provided to you via the email address you provide at the time of checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customize the following: Grillblazer, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Customize the following: Grillblazer, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We ship internationally and if your country is not listed in the Shopping Cart, email us at: sales@grillblazer.com.  Once I set it up you will be able to see the shipping costs to your country when you go to the shopping cart.

REGARDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1) Standard shipping rates are based upon products being shipped to your country's border, where they are handed off to your Customs and Local Postal Carriers.  This is an inherently slow process, plus it will take longer to get to you you right now, because of shipping delays due to the pandemic (probably many weeks).  I can ship it Priority Express for generally about $35(USD) more.  Express delivery has been taking about 2 weeks total and has been very reliable, although it is quite a bit more expensive, packages have never gotten lost-in-transit.  If this is an upgrade you would like, email us at sales@grillblazer.com, immediately after you've placed your order and we will contact you with exact costs and instructions, before anything is shipped.  

2) You will be responsible for whatever rules and laws of your country's Customs regulations have regarding imitation firearms. I cannot predict what your country's Customs will do, but if your product gets delayed or confiscated for legal reasons, I can do nothing to correct it and will stop shipping products to your country until legal arrangements can be made.  This has already happened now in Germany and nothing is getting through anymore to people in Australia now (look... you elected your government officials).

3) You are responsible for all applicable import taxes, VAT, fees, and import costs.  The shipping prices are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally DDU to all countries made available in our shopping cart. Shipping choices (if any) are presented to the buyer at the time of shipping, and unless otherwise specified, international shipping can take up to 3 weeks in transit.  You will want to monitor your tracking number for regular updates. The carrier selected is responsible for delivering the products to the customer, not GrillBlazer, LLC. If packages are held at customs or fees are not collectable at the time of delivery, GrillBlazer, LLC is not liable for final delivery of payment.

Returns Policy

  1. Email support@grillblazer.com with your order number to receive your return authorization.  If the item is either defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a prepaid shipping label.  In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may return the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
  2. We do not accept any returns after 45 days from the ship date
  3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us with 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
  4. To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@grillblazer.com as soon as possible.  If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund your payment and stop the shipment.  If it has already shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the product(s) back from you and process them at our warehouse.
