At we value you as a customer.  99% of first time customers have the same question when contacting support. Typically, they are experiencing a small flame out of their GrillGun instead of the powerful "Blue" flame they see in all our videos.  If this is your situation, please read your User's manual on Page 16 (about the Check Valve) and/or watch this Troubleshooting / Most Frequently Asked Questions video below before filling out the form.  Most of the time your questions will be resolved without needing to speak to one of our staff.  You really MUST also read your user's manual because this and other critical safety concerns that you must know are contained therein.
